but when you think that a diference in potential can jump through thin air, from your door panel to your finger, through your whole body, through your sox and shoes and right into the ground you're standing on...it becomes increasingly hard to believe that by adding thicker gage wires in more locations, I "help" the potential reach an equilibrium in my engine bay. I agree that you need a good ground, and that deteriorating wires in your grounding system will give you piss-performance, but I'm still not budging on that ground-net bandwagon. George
